You will be provided with the link to your folders of floor plans, the correct URL to link to your floor plans, assistance in setting up your hyperlink, free* additional floor plan uploads.
*free up to 10(ten) in a one year term with no floor plan modification (i.e. removal of writing, deleting excess type, etc).
Pay Annual Fee
Pay the $45 annual fee (in the future online payments will be an option, but right now it's good old fashioned check or cash). The annual fee covers the cost of hosting larger files, the creation of images into PDFs as well as JPEGs, agent requested floor plan additions, maintenance of floor plans available listings, quick response to problems with images/pdfs.
